Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Providing assistance; Providing polite and professional assistance via phone, email, in person, and being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
• Manage, clean, and organize the front desk.
• Collect mail and distribute.
• Organize files, ensuring everything is properly sorted and easily accessible.
• Preparing reports, compiling data and preparing reports for internal and external use.
• General office tasks: handle general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues and customers, organizing schedules and events, entering data, answering and directing phone calls, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong motivation and drive.

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• May require travel.
